Just wanted to say thanks for your reply. I feel a bit less guilty now about questioning my doctor's thought that it would take more than 3-4 four months to adjust to a new pill type and pushing for a referral to a gyn who might be able to provide an alternative, more specialized point of view. I think that it's unfortunate when a patient is made to feel that a doctor is more concerned with getting a patient in and out of the office quickly rather than taking the time to address a patient's concerns about her treatment. Your reply to my posting and those of other people has eased my concerns as well as helped me to understand what may be happening and what direction I should be taking. It's great that you take the time out of your day to consider the problems and answer the questions of patients that you will mostly likely never see in person. Just wanted you to know that your efforts are appreciated!
