I just went off the pill this month after being on it for 7 years. I have felt some immediate changes in my body. For example, increased sex drive, lower stomach cramping, occassional numbing in my lower right leg, bloating. It's only been 3 weeks since I stopped taking it so I'm hopping that my body will regulate. I look forward to an MD's perspective on what are the normal reactions that one's body experiences when getting off the pill. If you have learned more about it since you posted your question.
