Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: sperm improvement" I was wanting to know if sperm can improve in a months time?My husband has stopped using illegal drugs meth and marjuana a month ago and I was wondering if his sperm could have improved in a months time?We have been tring to conceive for over a year now with no luck and I have checked out fine but my husband would not get a semen analysis performed so I am thinking that his drug use affected his sperm,so now that he has stopped for good a month ago could his sperm have improved yet?We have a 4 year old together so I know we can conceive together.Also is it normal for one testies to be higher than the other or should he be concerned?
