I'm 23 and have endometriosis, Fibromyalgia, IC, and IBS. I have been having some new symptoms lately. I always have pain in the lower pelvic area by the pubic hair during and after voiding, but I started getting pain in my vaginal and rectal areas with urination, and now my left ovary area is hurting when I void. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm on Elmiron and Elavil for the IC. Also on Neurontin and Fosamax. I have been taking all of these for at least a month. These new symptoms started about 2 or three weeks ago. Any ideas on what this could be? Do I need to see my urologist or my gyn?? Thanks for any help! Take care.
