Ask your pharmacist about boric acid suppositories. You don't need an Rx, all they need to do is take empty gelatin capsules and fill them with boric acid. You could probably find the size of the capsule and amt of boric acid somewhere in the archives, so even if the pharmacist hasn't heard of them, he could still make them up for you. They work really well and are much cheaper than other remedies (I paid $2.90 for boric acid vs $10 and up for other remedies). I had yeast infection after yeast infection, used boric acid for 12 days in Sept and haven't had a yeast infection since. You can also use the boric acid once or twice a week to keep the yeast at bay.

Good luck.
