Hi, I just switched from Yasmin to Mircette also for the same exact problem with acne. I just finished my last active pill today for Yasmin. I really liked Yasmin but I read somewhere that Mircette is supposed to help with acne and I always wanted to try one of the 20mcg. low dose pills and Mircette seems like a good one. I don't think I am going to take the pills at the end of the pack at all because I don't see why we need to take estrogen during that week so I'll just wait the seven days and then start the new pack of Mircette.
