Montgomery, MD: "Re: Genital Wart/sores" I have noticed that i get a painful reddish pimple-like spot on my vulva (esp when i wear jeans), and it is very painful for a day, then it slowly hardens and is hard to see, but i can still feel it when i touch. I'm concerned if it could be that i have warts or sores??? how do i know? i have recently had BV and an abnormal pap smear. I went in for colposcopy and i'm waiting for my results, though i'm very worried. is there a connection to the abnormal pap smear??
