very strange questionFrom: Me (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 20 Nov 2001 15:26:38 -0600 (CST)
I went to a Colon & Rectal Surgeon for what I thought was a fistula He told me to take Methalyne (sp) blue and put it in a empty enema bottle then fill it with water. The prescription reads 10 cc's which is the only way it comes. I put in two cc's and water to the top and it was so blue almost bblack. I used the enema and inserted a tampon vaginally and kept it in instead of the 30 mintues I did 45 and nothing was on the tampon. Rectally I excreted in the toilet (sorry so gross) dark blue. Do you think I swayed the test because 10 cc's wasn't in it. He didn't specify I use 10 cc's he just mentioned to use the blue. The prescription was the only place that it had a quantity.
