[Birth Control] TriPhasil vs. Ortho-Tri-Cyclen

It has recently been suggested that I switch from TriPhasil which I have been taking for 10 years to Ortho-Tri-Cyclen. I am worried that I will experience side effects such as weight gain (I struggle with my weight as it is, although I am VERY active in sports) and hair growth. Can you tell me if Ortho-TC is likely to cause these problems? I know that changing levels of estrogen vs. progestin are the main causes for these side effects and I am wondering how the levels in the new pill differ from my old pill. Being as Ortho-TC is a 35/35/35 phasic pill and TriPhasil is a 30/40/30 pill... both of which contain different types of Progestin. Basically I need to understand how these different types and levels will effect me. Thanks for any help you can give!
