Sebaceous cysts tend to be filled with a solid waxy material. As such,
they tend to stay around, but may disappear after a few weeks. If they
are firm whitish appearing nodules, then likely they are sebaceous. Not
much that can be done about them, though in theory, frequent heat packs
might keep the pores open and lessen them.
