It seems like the warm sensation down my leg started occuring about a couple of weeks after the pms started. It's not painful but when I first started feeling it I thought someone had spilled coffee down my leg(right leg). I have had small cramping in my lower abdomen and other pms type symptoms especially irritability and emotional frustration. Feel like I am losing my mind sometimes. Right at this moment I'm ok. But have been extremely depressed too. I am 36 going on 37 in Jan. Any ideas?
