I'm not a Dr., but I've had an ovarian tumour removed, so possibly I can help with your questions.

Brings back memories of my symptoms before I had mine removed. I bet that most of them go away after the surgery. I did have to have an ablation eventually to control the heavy bleeding, but I am much older than you are! Best wishes and good luck.
