depnds on what the symptoms are

.can you give me detailed description of what "complex >cyst is.?..

it means is is not strictly fluid filled -- there could be a solid part or a part filled with blood

could this be cancer?

that is one possibility, although benign causes like a hemorrhagic cyst or endometrioma are more likely.

I am scared please help me if you >can..thanks you

talk to your doctor about doing a laparoscopy soonere rather than later if you are very worried
