Re: Anna-I have a foolow up Q

I do it in the evening, sometimes in the shower (though obviously away from the water), sometimes right after, since then my hands are extra clean. On the days that "matter", I check as often as feel like it (i.e. twice or three times a day), and never mind those extra-clean hands ;-). One thing that you might want to keep in mind is keeping your checking very seperate from sexual contact/arousal, as things get easily confused when you're starting out. Wearing a condom might help. (I assume you are ttc, so this might not sound reasonable, but better than "Hmm, it's wet, but is it me or him, and if me, which part of me?") Or maybe having sex only mornings, checking evenings?

Anyways, good luck, Anna
