One of the theories regarding PMS is an rather erratic estrogen secretion. By going on the pill, the internal estrogen secretion is suppressed. Obviously not all women are "fixed" by using the pill and pill formulations vary in their effects. You might try another pill formulation or look to other causes for your symptoms... Lynn
