[Birth Control] Cyclessa vs. Mircette and Side Effects

I was taking Mircette for about 9 months when I starting experiencing breakthrough bleeding. I took a one month break from the pills and then just started taking Cyclessa. I have taken a total of 4 pills now and have had two otu of the four days with a whopping, almost migraine like headache. Would this change in pills cause this? I realize that the Cyclessa contains a tad bit more estrogen, while the progesterone (??) portion is gradually increased each week. If the Cyclessa IS indeed causing the headache, which portion of the pills is the culprit? The estrogen, the progesterone portion, or the ratio of both? I was fairly side-effect free on the Mircette.
