Even with positive margins, LEEPs have a very high cure rate, not like the old CKC (cold knife cone), and your only alternative is to have another LEEP right away, which raises your risks of having a complication without actually improving your cure rate very much. It is the intensive surveillance that is going to keep you from getting cancer, not the success or partial failure of a specific proceedure.
