We are now in the process of trying to have a baby. We have been trying for almost a year and have had no success. My question is, would this type of operation cause my husband's sperm count to be lowered or for him to be sterile? I would like to know if my husbands past surgery could be causing the problem and if it is, what would be the way to test for it?
