Dee, The Pill comes with an instruction sheet that tells you what to do, but any time you have a question about WHY you are prescribed a medication, you really should ask your doctor (even if you have to call back the next day or days later). You should know for sure why you are taking something! The pharmacy will be able to help you with where to start in the pack also (I don't know what that one looks like). Usually pills have either a strip you can stick on yourself with the days of the week or they have the days printed on it. You start with the first one in the pack, but I can't speak to that one cause I have not seen it before.
