Yesterday I saw an ARNP and she prescribed Buspar. Today I was reading about Buspar, and saw a lot of stuff that said it should not be taken while nursing. So now I'm worried that I shouldn't be taking it. Any opinions on this? If I shouldn't continue to take it, what could I take for anxiety that would be safe while breastfeeding but would not have weight gain as a side effect?
