First, in my mind, there is no earthly way to differentiate cysts of the fallopian tube from ovarian cysts via ultrasound. Further, cysts the size you describe are somewhat unusual for cysts associated with the fallopian tube. Second, one cannot make the diagnosis of endometriosis via ultrasound. Third, unless he injected fluid into the uterus at the time of the ultrasound, he cannot determine whether or not you have a uterine septum... Lynn
