Falopian tube Cysts

I recently had an ultrasound that discovered several 3-5 cm cysts in my falopian tubes. My doctor also said I have a bad case of endometriosis, as well as a tilted uterus with a septum. I am 26 years old and ready to have children. What are my chances, and the best course of action to take in order to increase my chances of having children? Also, how do cysts in the falopian tubes differ from ovarian cysts? Thank you!
