Hello, I have PCOS and was taking birthcontrol pills to help regulate my hormones. Unfortunately the birthcontrol part of that didn't pan out. Anyhow, I am currently nursing and am curious about what kinds of birthcontrol I can use. I've heard that the minipill that is commonly prescribed to nursing moms can aggravate PCOS symptoms. Is this true?
