Montgomery, MD: "Re: [Birth Control] question on pills" my period began on sept. 16, and it basically ended around the 21, and that afternoon my boyfriend and i had sex without a condom, but he did not ejaculate inside of me, he came out prior to that, i know this for a fact because i watched him ejaculate outside of me. on this day, i was on my second to last green pill or placebo pill for my period. the next day i took my last green pill and then discontinued the use of my birth control pill. do the pills just immediately stop working right after taking them? and also, my period is now 3 days late, i took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, but i was wondering if it is bc i stopped taking the pill?
