I went through that when i first starting being sexually active alot. Now, i get it every once in a while, almost two years later. I was up to 3 weeks late a couple time. I worried everytime and thought i was pregnant. When i actually was pregnant (i recently had a suction D&C) i knew it. I had alot of signs, like sore breasts and nausea. i wouldn't worry if you are just a week. If you would like someone to talk to, you can always e-mail me. I'll be glad to help you out if i can
