Only 2 white cells on the sample. Dr. said this is well within the normal range (everyone has up to +2 white cells). However, growing the culture just to rule out Gonorhea, staph and or strep. No other signs of infection on exam, all looks normal. Should I expect a negative culture or are +2 cells a sign of infection...in your book?
