I asked this before, but no one responded. I have seen posts where
women say they examined their own cervix. I was wondering if this is a
safe and/or recommended thing to do. If it is, when would it be
appropriate? I know I have been educated on self breast exams, but I
always go to the doctor for internal exams. Just curious!
