If there was enough of an exam in the ER to determine you have a cyst, then I would have to assume they would have uncovered a pregnancy. You may want to have a test to ease your mind, as there is always the possibility of pregnancy.

I am should be ovulating right now, and I am trying to get pregnant: I began to expereince a sharp pain in my abdomin right after intercourse for about 2 hours and I went to the er and was told I had a cyst on my ovary. I am taking tylonl 3 for the pain and Ibprofen 800. My qustion is could I be pregnant and causing harm to the baby by taking these pain relievers? I had a regular period last month.
