yippee!From: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 5 Oct 2001 20:10:48 -0500 (CDT)
I've written to the forum on numerous occasions for the past year about my post-pill amenorrhea. After being on and off medroxy, I went 5 months without anything and finally got a period on my own TODAY without any drugs! I was just about to give up waiting and go to fill the prometrium RX went I got my period! So, I guess I don't have to fill the prometrium now:) The bleeding and the cramps are mild to heavy. I guess it's making up for lost times. What should I expect now? Should I expect to be regular? Should I start taking my temp every day? I probably shouldn't use the prometrium? I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the onset of my period. On 9/28 I bought 3 boxes of soy milk. I was trying to get off of dairy products. I liked the taste of it so much that I went through 2 boxes by 10/5. I had the same amount each day for breakfast. I knew that soy had some kind of estrogen source in it but do you think this attributed to the onset of my cycle? I'm so happy. I was SO worried.
