As far as I know, the patch is not yet available in the USA. Your restrictions limit the possibilities. Condoms, Diaphragms, Tubal ligation, hysterectomy, or vasectomy for your partner are about all there is left that fit your restrictions. An IUD, Mirena if you have heavy flow or Paragard if you don't, would be great forms of contraception but either one has to go inside your uterus.
