I usually forget so I'm looking for an alternative to the pill that doesn't need that much of me to remember. I'm not interested however in injections or anything that has to be kept inside my body. I would really appreciate your response regarding this. I read about the patch but I've never really heard about it. Please send me some information regarding that and other methods similiar.
