Well, first, there is a small subgroup of patients that will have ovulatory difficulty after being on the pill. This usually resolves with time. Given the fact that you don't seem to ovulate, you require a basic evaluation that will include a prolactin and thyroid tests. If these are normal, then the best option is to optimize clomid. To approach this in a correctly systematic fashion, you want to see a OB/GYN with special interest in infertility or a reproductive endocrinologist, who specializes in infertility issues... Lynn
