30 weeks pregnant CIN I-IIFrom: tina (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 2 Oct 2001 20:17:11 -0500 (CDT)
My pap test was redone at 28 wks. due to an abnoraml pap (5wks) and colposcopy findings indicated CIN II-III(at 5 weeks). The latest pap indicated CIN I-II. I am scheduled for another colposcopy next week. WOuld the colposcopy possibly trigger pre-term labor? Also, would they have to take a biopsy, even if the pap results indicate some improvement? They did not do a biposy at 5 weeks, but I did experience spotting for a week from the colpsocopy. Finally, does an abnormal result make a c-section more likely? Thanks for any input.
