Without the benefit of doing an examination, this question cannot be
answered on such a forum. The possibilities include a cancer which was
presumably ruled out by the mammogram and sonogram, fibrocystic breast
disease, lipoma (benign fatty growth), lymph nodes, cysts (presumably
also ruled out by sonography) and other assorted possibilities. This
needs to be referred to your doctor who has examined you. Bear in mind
that mammograms can be somewhat less reliable in younger patients due to
more dense breast tissue.
Hope this helps and write back anytime for more information.
