go ahead with the vasectomy now, have a scheduled c-section anddon't put yourself in this situation again

no more than any other pregnant woman (there are afterall risks even with the most normal uncomplicated pergnancies)

they'll get through, believe me -- it may take time, but if you have a spinal the baby won't care, and they may have to go higher on your uterus or make an up and down incision, but the baby will get out

tubals should only be done if you give your consent -- in writing -- before labor starts or you are taken for a c-section > Thank you in advanced for your opinion and time
