Kelly Shanahan, MD, : "Re: Polycythemia" Hello again. I have another question. I had a pelvic ultrasound and it showed a cyst on my left ovary. It was 9 mm. I know that some cysts are normal with ovulation. I have been on Ovulation Suppression for well over a year now (for endometriosis). I was first on Provera, one shot every month for 10 months, then started Lupron soon after. I was wondering if this could still just be a normal follicular cyst.
