yes, if your period starrts on a SUnday, start teh pill that same day

and what if you already >finished your period or are about too?

if you are asking when to start the pill, if you are doing a Sunday start you take teh pill the first Sunday after bleedign begins, even if yoru period is already over by then (for exampl,e if your period started on Maonday it might be over by Sunday)

Can you start on the first day it >is done..?

you can also start pills the first day your period begins
