ooops...pregnant againFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netFri, 28 Sep 2001 20:29:30 -0500 (CDT)
I have had 2 previous c/s. During last c/s 8/00 Dr. suggested that adhesions were bad and suggested we not have any more children. She said I would not be a candidate for vbac due to the incisions. It took 30 min to get baby out. We both came out great with no complications. My husband was scheduled for a vascectomy today and we found out I am pregnant two days ago. We are very concerned for my heath. I don't think I could go through with an abortion. My questions are as follows: 1) If your loved one was in this situation what would you suggest? 2) Is this going to be dangerous to me or my baby? 3) What can happen if the can't get through the adhesions to get to the baby? 4) In your opinion if you were in the same position with a patient of your would you have tied her tubes after the c-section with her permission, or is that not done? Thank you in advanced for your opinion and time
