[Birth Control] Mircette and Lamisil

I have been taking Mircette for approx. 8 months with no problems. About 3 weeks ago I began taking Lamisil to treat toenail fungus. I started taking the Lamisil about 1 week before I was due to start my period on my pack of pills. I started my period normally and all was well. I am now about 15 days into my next pack and have what seems to be another period. I am only concerned because I have never had this happen in my life AND this "period" seemed to start a few hours after some vigorous sexual activity. At first I was concerned that I had post-coital bleeding but I then read some info on Lamisil and saw that it "may cause menstrual irregularities in women taking oral contraceptives." I have spoken with both my podiatrist and my gyn and neither have any direct experience with their patients using both medications. I would like to know if you know about this, what is meant by "menstrual irregularities" in regard to Lamisil and contraceptive use, or do I need to worry about post coital bleeding? The bleeding started as a slight pink tinge to my usual discharge, progressed to a pinkish brown the next day, and today I have a small amount of darker red blood and some mild cramping and headache. Does this sound like post-coital bleeding. Guess I'm just confused as to what I am experiencing. Thanks.
