Previous message: anonymous@obgyn.net: "Re: Tipped Uterus & rectal pain" My gyn recommended bladder surgery-Burch retro pubic urethropexy-she wrote this down on a printed sheet and said I would hear from her office. No details other than saying it is a pretty major surgery and would require 6 weeks off work. I had a hysterectomy when I was 31 for endometriosis and have had leaking problems for the past few years which seem to get worse all the time. Please tell me just what happened during this surgery.
