My Dr. gave me a pack of Yasmin BCP for one month to postpone a period for about a week or so. Also to see if it would help with heavy bleeding and severe low back pain. If I only do this once are my risks of clots and heart attack, stroke still high? Also I started them the sunday after my period so what they told me is as long as I take the 21 active pills I won't have a period until that time is over, is that correct?
