Most oral contraceptive pills cause infertility while on the pill, but do not continue the infertility once the pill is discontinued. If I understand your question correctly you have < 3 percent chance of getting pregnant while on the pill (all birth control as we know it has failed at least once) but that your chance of getting pregnant once you go off the pill should be the same as the chance you had of getting pregnant before starting the pill. Therefore if you had no problem getting pregnant prior to starting the the pill should not increase your risk of infertility, other than taking into consideration age-related issues. The older you get the less chance you have a getting pregnant.
