Hello all. I'm writing about results of a bone density test that I had done. I'm 22 years old and have endometriosis. I was treated with Depo-Provera a shot a month for 10 months for ovulation suppression. After this I had the bone test. The results were : -0.27 Average of L2-L4 spine -1.24 emoral Neck (non-dominate side) -1.59 Trochanter (non-dominate side) Moderate Risk- Osteopenia Before I knew the results, I took a 3 month shot of Lupron. I am on Fosamax 35 mg a week. I was just wondering if this is normal for just being on depo-provera? Also will lupron worsen this? Are the chances good that my bone mass will come back? Thanks for any info. Take Care and God Bless, AJ
