11+ yrs pain. What next?!

Over the years I have tried various things - some prescribed by doctors and some I have tried independantly: Antibiotics for infection, all sorts of treatment for IBS, over the counter pain killers, prescribed narcotics, Ponstan, several contraceptive pills (although not for 3 months at a time like some people), multi-vitamins, evening primrose oil, various herbs, aromatherapy, heat, TENS machine, anti-depressants (to try and treat pain aswell as my anxiety and depression. On improvement of depression and no improvement in pain - doctors are stunned!!), relaxation techniques, etc! Amongst all these I have also tried to ignore it!!! I changed doctors and they seem much more interested in helping me. New doc gave me a CA125 test and it was high, therefore, I had a transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound scan on 13th July and a cyst was found on my right ovary. Another scan was done 4th September to see if it had gone; it had but there is now a cyst on my left ovary. I was told that I may be prone to cysts at ovulation. I have another scan in 10 weeks. During my second transvaginal scan I experienced a few more sharper pains than the first time. Also, afterwards I had quite a bit of very dark brown blood/discharge. QUESTION 1: Could this be a so called 'chocolate cyst' caused by endo? Question 2: I've been offered Lupron. What are your experiences with this drug? QUESTION 3: Considering the things I have tried - Do you have any other suggestions?

Thankyou in advance.

Teresa.
