small breast lump that doctors can't feelFrom: Angela (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 6 Sep 2001 07:18:38 -0500 (CDT)
Hello, I am 25 and I found a small breast 'lump' I will call it although no doctor can see it, 3-4 months ago. It is a bit painful, and hurts like a bruise. I am taking Dianette and was on Microgynon for about 10 months. I have been to doctors and they cannot feel anything, they just say I have lumpy tissue. I booked a screening, went to the clinic and the doctor there told me I don't need one because I am fine. The thing is the lump I find is difficult to reach, and the doctors can't find it. They are not booking me for a screening, an ultrasound or anything and I can't stop worrying because I know that doctors make mistakes as well. What should I do? Wherever I go they tell me it is nothing without going to the breast clinic. Thanks for your help
