I often awake from deep sleep in middle of night with feelings of nausea. I wake up and feel lightheaded and feel like I am going to throw up but don't. I don't get out of bed, just kind of lay there until feel subsides then I fall back asleep. I also get similiar feelings in the morning as I am getting ready for work, like a very deep in the pit of the stomach sickly,nauseous feeling. Eating a cracker sometimes relieves.
