I'm 22 years old and I have endometriosis. I have had rectal bleeding on and off for months now. I had a colonoscopy in Jan and it was normal aside from some inflammation with no known cause. I have bleeding with almost every bm. I had clots/clumps (whatever you want to call them) with bm, the largest was about the size of a nickel smallest about pea sized.
