pelvic pain and bleeding midcycle

I've been having lower pelvic pain for about 3 years; it seemed to have begun after I had a really bad infection; I went to a nurse practicioner, who tested me for venereal diseases, etc, but gave me Difflucan as the tests were negative. One month later, I had an abnormal pap, which led to laser surgery for dyplasia. The cramping and subsequent infertility persisted. I finally went to a Dr. who did a laparascopy, and found that my colon was attached to my uterus, and put it back in place. The cramping persisted, however, and I don't think it's related to ovulation, because it recurs about 6 days after the OPK comes back positive. Four months after the laparascopy, we conceived, ending in a stillbirth at 22 weeks. So, 3 months later, we're trying to get pregnant again, and the cramping and midcycle spotting persists. Since the spotting generally occurs around 5 days of the onset of menstruation, I assumed it might be a progesterone deficiency of some sort, but tests showed that it was normal when it was supposed to be. I guess what my question is, would the infection have caused the midcycle cramping? Would a blood test showed something by now? Would that cramping had an effect on the stillbirth? Is it crazy to ask for a hysteroscopy? Would anything that may cause problems inside my uterus have shown on an ultrasound? I also need to mention that I have a 10-year-old and a 4-year-old, and desperately want more children. I also tested borderline positive for ACA after the stillbirth, and am currently taking the baby aspirin every day. I apologize for the length, but feel like a hypochondriac calling my Dr all of the time.
