I saw a urologist a few years ago after my first daughter was born and that is what she said I had and gave me some meds, which didn't really help. The symptoms I have are episodic and have not bothered me in quite a while. They started again this month, I went back to urologist but had to see a different doctor who now wants to do a cystoscopy and urodynamics testing. Should I have this done? My symptoms are a sense of heaviness in my belly, feeling like I have to urinate and some vaginal irritation. Once while out of town I had a flare up and had to see a dr. he gave me some kind of antifungal cream that seemed to help. Could this be somthing like the female version of jock itch??
