I also have the same thing, brown spotting about 8 months out of a year. The Dr. would like to put me on the pill, but I smoke. So the Dr. told me to try Dong Quai and Evening Primrose. I hope this stops the spotting, my PMS symptoms are very bad when I do spot too. If anyone knows how to stop this spotting without taking the pill or taking Dong Quai, please let us know!!!!
